master plan concept

Educare
Education aims to bring out the latent potentials of children so that they become good citizens and contribute to self, community and national development. The present system of education focuses on earning a living and resulting in a self centered and narrow minded person. Advances in modern education and science have taken man to the heights of materials prosperity. Yet man is not happy and satisfied. There is dissatisfaction and differences within families and conflicts between different sections of society and nations. One way out of this mess is through individual transformation bringing about societal changes by putting children in an “Educare” learning environment.

school girlsEducare is the process of bringing out the latent values of truth, right conduct, peace, love and non-violence in ours and our children’s behavior. This type of behavior will result in a life of peace and happiness in an individual community and society resulting in unity in a community. Where there is unity, there will be understanding and acceptance of differences. This will decrease disharmony, confusion and disagreement, resulting in peace – the greatest need of 21st century.

Educare considers nature as our role model in learning about how human beings, as individuals and team members, must act in diverse settings and groups to bring about harmony and peace. Educare also focuses on understanding human beings as self-regulating mechanisms, and provides opportunities to learn about self-care management to maintain one’s optimum level of functioning and well being. This way a child develops good habit and positive behaviors. This leads children to become responsible, caring, service oriented citizens and leaders.
